After 2 years of writing, and even more of planning, I am finally ready to share the chapters of the next series! :D ★ I am calling it "Within". :) ★ This series is a sequel to Beyond and will follow the next adventure of Leaf and Violet's. In other words, it is like a story book- words with lots of illustrations to support it. The text is mostly finished, though I may edit it along the way. Also, this doesn't mean I'll never make a comic style series again, this is just how I have written this series :] ★ I will be allowing fanart in the series! Once I publish a chapter, anyone is allowed to share fanart anytime and I will add it to the project [as long as it is appropriate, relevant, and serious]. This can be anything from doodles to a whole art piece, and I accept any forms (traditonal or digital), styles, and levels of experience. I will love to enjoy everyone's interpretations of how a scene looks! --------------------------------- STORY TERMINOLOGY --------------------------------- - First of all, in Gellian, beans use the same pronouns for people regardless of gender. In order to reflect that, while also avoiding human bias, I will be using mostly gender neutral language to refer to all beans. That doesn't mean anything has changed about the characters, and it doesn't mean they don't have genders; it just means it's unimportant in the story and bean culture. Kind of like Rodamrix (a bean animator on YouTube), you are free to refer to any bean however you like-- it's up to your interpretation. - Second of all, I will sometimes be using words from Gellian language in order to further reflect their culture. These words include sayings, affectionate terms, culinary items, and technology terminology. If I use one of these, I will always make sure and define it so that you have a full understanding of its meaning and usage. This is another way you will have insight into bean culture in my universe! -------------- CAMEOS -------------- I will be sharing several chapters where cameos will be permitted! When these come up, you will be allowed to submit an original bean character to have them appear in the illustrations, with credit to you for the OC. There will be more details for this once it comes up! ---------------- SCHEDULE ---------------- I will not be sharing chapters in a particular schedule. You can expect that if I am not done sharing chapters, I am working on one.
