basically, after scrapped, null has red baldloon, underscore, and badsum go to outside the world below, and red baldloon, who is being controlled by null to have more use and not be the weakest corrupted, encounters bf, who is alone by the spot he was at in search party and tries to corrupt him. after firewall, red baldloon is freed by bf, and the test starts chasing the two.
