B means broker, they give you quests and reward you with money. Civilians/Thugs make sure to not harm civilians, or police will come after you and jail you for a minute. Thugs will shoot you if you run or get too close, so try to get them from afar. Your spider sense will tell you which thug will shoot in which direction. Data Saves!
