Foxy's Application For being a Manager ---------------------------------------- Hi! I'm Foxy and I am a straight demigirl I've been here for around 1 1/2-2 yrs I am just trying this bc I love the community in the gaehive I live in the Midwest so I believe it is CST but I'm starting to be more active so probably from 6-8 am- 10-12 [pm/am] I'm gonna start with the bad stuff I (sometimes) will need a break or will forget to do things and basic tasks I have ADHD/ADD so it is hard for me to remember that. Also, I'm a fictonkin and sometimes I will forget that I am not the Character(s) so I CAN have dellusions not all the time though very rarely, but it can happen I normally can read the room well and before commenting I normally look at the comments before saying something. I also will respond to a lot of people if asking for advice, euphoria, etc.. Also I try to use Tw/tone tags for people and if someone doesn't understand I will explain very kindly with understanding I know that a lot of people dont know most of the terms neither do i, but I know that I LOVE to research so I can educate people (if needed) on things like (I.E.] A-spec or Demiboy (unique +positive things i would do) The responsibilities I think that are entailed manager or not it the follow the golden rule I know that being a manager in a place with a very active studio and community is hard but keeping track of the state of a situation or (sadly) trolls . And overall enjoying the gaehive I know this is a pretty basic thing but I think you should promote springaton or nick bc he was very kind idk but he was helping someone and said ''It's moreso a matter if you feel like the identity fits. Every person goes through gender identity differently, and just however you feel comfortable <3'' the person they were talking to said it was very kind and helped them next human, sparrow!! (choco-faerie I was asking for tips for my (ex)gf bc she was starting her transfemme journey and sparrow helped A LOT big thanks!!
