Watch Neon spin
Uhhh it's been a while, didn't notice it's been 1 year and 3 months since I first came on here. I'm gonna make more projects even if no one notices. I might have gotten rusty or gotten better at code, maybe you can tell with this animation, idk Also, my current fixation is Earthbound, so Neon will have powers that reflect that, like PSI Fire, PSI Lifeup, etc, I think it's much better than using glide blocks for just plain punches, and i've given Neon a humanoid form for real extreme fights, when i'll use it? prob in a while
