Welp, the universe has granted me motivation, mask time! Anyways yeah I recently decided I wanted to try out making a realistic mask for the first time, considering I had been wanting to make a raccoon mask for a long time, I figured it would be a good candidate. Unfortunately after searching through youtube for quite some time I realized that there was no raccoon tutorial, so after loosely using a lynx mask tutorial to get a good idea of what to do I started making it, I also completely forgot most wip pictures ____________ Progress Pictures - 1. All of my supplies: alcohol markers, fake fur, felt, crafting foam, cat brush, clay, scissors, hot glue and a cardboard mask base (the crafting foam, felt and clay isn't shown in the image) 2. Added foam extensions. Turns out I did the snout wrong BUT in the end it still worked out so I don't mind. 3. With the fur added, at the time everyone I knew was calling it a polar bear :sob: at this point I had also already added the new ears and made a nose out of clay 4. With the fur trimmed and color added, I went a few days considering it finished but eventually felt dissatisfied with the ears. 5. The ears were remade and I added some extra details into the coloring! 6. Side view of the finished mask 7. The inside of the mask, which is covered in felt to make it comfortable to wear. 8. Added extra details with the coloring, it's hard to tell in the picture but there is a big difference
WOW, I have hands and I am, in fact, not an inanimate object like my name suggests. /silly
