Look, I know it looks fard and you think "oh this guy just went to bitmap and put a black square!!!" well no. This entity occurs rarely, mostly if you turn your graphics high then low high then low then high and wait for 6 seconds and the square will appear. Although, it has a extremely short time-span that it will happen. This was taken from a video by @34r0r and then made that frame a picture. Head Censor entity will later be reported. Thanks @34r0r!
