There are many scenarios about WWI, but they are all about winning of Entente or Central Powers. But... -How Europe may look like if no one had won WWI?- I tried to answer this question. There is the lore: The Zimmermann telegram wasn't caught by UK spies, so USA didn't declare war on Germany and didn't send their troops. Because of this Entente and Central Powers were fighting until 1920. The countries understood that this is a war without a winner and started negotiations in Versal. They agreed on the following points: 1. France loses North Africa for separatists and some territories to Germany but takes German Togo and Cameroon. 2. Italy takes Istria Peninsula and Tirol but loses Libya for Ottomans. 3. Ottomans take Libya but lose Egypt and Hijaz for separatists. 4. UK loses Ireland for separatists but takes Tanganyika. 5. Germany takes some French and Belgian territories and Luxembourg but loses Togo and Cameroon for France and Tanganyika for UK. 6. Austria-Hungary loses Bosnia to Yugoslavia (united Serbia and Montenegro) and some territories for Italy and Romania. Because of low stability and crisis on Balkans The Third Balkan War started, in which Ottoman Empire returned some parts of Balkans, Albania took Kosovo and Southern Montenegro and Bulgaria took Northern Macedonia. The Treaty of Versal didn't save Austria-Hungary, Hungarians started a civil war and became free. In Russia, The Civil War continued and many states were trying to become free. Low stability of Russia let Germany and Austria take some parts of Poland and Romania return Moldavia. Communists in Germany, France and UK started making more problems for the weak countries. Ottoman Empire, RSFSR and Austria are very close to collapse, the end of the war just slowed it down. Crisis and revolutions in all the world made countries unstable, even The Treaty of Versal will not save the peace for a long time...
