I don't like Polites in Epic the musical. Don't get me wrong, he's a great character and has a good arc, but he's here for only one saga, seeing as he doesn't sing in the next one as well as dies in it. The reason I don't like him is because (please don't kill me) he's frankly a bland character with not much to work with. he quite litterally told ody to change his entire way of life and immeadiatly died after almost getting put in a happy place from fruit. I know, his death is sad, especially what it does to Ody and Eury, but people are over here saying that it's the saddest scene in the whole musical. (not that there's anything wrong with thinking that, i'm just stating my opinion) Knowing scratch, I'm probably gonna get a whole bunch of backlash for saying he's not in my top ten. I know this is unprovoked but I've just been seeing so many people in the onion cult studio especially saying they still cry over his death when half of act two is right there. anyways that's my two cents on the matter, please don't kill me. I also generally dislike odypoly. not because its not odypen, not at all, I just don't think it works well with the characters or their arcs. I also once saw someone shipping ody and eury and uh... you probably didn't know this but he's his brother in law...
