The game will change drastically from this version to its completion, which may not even happen. A bird awakens outside a magical temple, adorned with nothing but a breastplate, leather wraps, and amnesia. They are tasked by their creator, their patron goddess Hooka-Pooka, with a daunting quest to save the world from the rapid spread of decay, before it consumes the land completely. The Paladin must heal Hooka-Pooka's subjects before they decay out of existence, all while searching for their patron goddess' lost magic, with the threat of another goddess who grows stronger and stronger by the day looming over them. This game is planned to be a turn-based RPG with puzzle and exploration elements. Instructions: ~Arrow keys to move ~Walk to edge of screen to enter new areas ~Up arrow to jump ~Click to interact ~Touch and click to enter doors/staircases. The player sprite must be touching the entrance to enter it. ~The magnifying glass indicates a clickable area

I was hoping to have a way to indicate an interactable object, but I'm not sure if this was a good way to go about it. I spent so long on the scrolling backdrops, PLEASE walk around/explore the area so I know my hard work didn't go to waste :"D
