Hi I'm Emily and I'm a Straight Demigirl who lives in the Bst timezone . I have been a member for only about a month though I do love it. I am 15 and would be on Often.I go by the pronouns She/Her/They/Them . I live in the UK and Love Gaehive because it gives me somewhere to go where people actually understand me. Gaehive is amazing because so many people are there to help each other. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Why would you be a good manager? ============================== I would be a good manager because I understand many people there, because I have been through a lot and have homophobic parents. I also would always help regulate peace by making sure that everyone got along and said nice things, of course, there are some things I cant prevent but I would definitely try my best . Another thing I would do is get rid of those annoying trolls. Not only that but -I am mature and responsible. -I have never once been banned, and I haven't ever gotten muted. -I work as a camp counselor each summer, and participate in leadership opportunities at my school. Thus, I have experience being in leadership positions. - Downsides to you being a manager? Downsides: -Because of my personal life, I have limited hours. I cannot be on during most of the day until the evening, and I try not to be on too late at night but I can be on in the mornings most days . -I also have a bad temper tho I'll try to work on it - Unique things you could bring to the position.: -I am not most unique or special person but I have many different perspectives on stuff -I rp a lot and have written stories so I can relate to others who have. -I know how to resolve conflicts because I have two younger brothers and one older sister. - What you would improve about the Gaehive if you were promoted:-I'd try to understand why users who might not be the kindest are the way they are- otherwise, we'd just become more hostile and we don't need that at all. Things I think the job entails: Promoting interaction and positivity in the studio. You can't have a studio without curators, and a manager's job is to encourage people to join, and make sure they are adjusting well! 2) Making sure rules are followed. Many hive rules are broken, not always intentionally! Another important job of the manager is kindly remind people of these rules to prevent further breakages.Listen to curators. This one, in my opinion, is one of the most important. Taking curator's ideas and implementing them into the studio is an important duty, as many have suggestions, and managers must figure out which ones to add, rework, or deny. As I said before, it's important to see the curator as respect-worthy too, and a crucial part of breaking down these social barriers is to listen. Collaboration is what the gaehive runs on! Those are just a few duties, but the ones that I think are most important. (Reccomendations at the notes and credits)
Recommendations ~ @BetterKeepCalm ----------------------------------------- I recommend them because they are always regulating peace in the hive, and they aren't offensive and are often active. That's why I think they would be a great addition to the hive's managers. And also because they mostly follow the rules. ========================================= @-chaoticenby- ====================================== I recommend them because they are on often and haven't ever gotten banned or broke a rule .Plus they are very responsible which would help to.
