Okay so two notices before we begin: 1 I’m sorry for not posting anything for the past like few months I think; and 2 this was supposed to be posted yesterday night but I fell asleep :’D So I went to my first pride parade yesterday! It was super fun - I went with my mum, my brother, and there we met up with a couple family friends and some people I know from Scouts. I came only with my beeg aroace flag and a dream, and you know what? I came back with a little ace flag, two pin badges, five stickers, a Pride necker, a little Pride bracelet, and three little sparkly ducks from one of my friends. A pretty good haul, if you ask me :D (edit: forgot to mention a little rainbow flag and some rainbow face paint on my cheeks) Oh, and also, we saw a couple furries there! Went to see them after the parade; they were all super friendly, gave me tons of fistbumps + high fives, and their suits looked AWESOME :0 In conclusion, pride parades are awesome, so if you get the chance, please try to go to one. It is 110% worth it :) /gen (Also my brother said that was the best day of his life. My favourite ally frfr <3)
