Hey! I'm @Asianisawesome, my pronouns change so it's best to look at my profile, and I go by Navy/Nayvee/Sage/Naveah. I don't know how long I've been in GWDFI, maybe a year give or take. I'm pretty active in GWDFI, coming on a couple times a day. So, about 7 or 8/10. My time zone is EST. I believe I'd make a good manager because I have strong leadership abilities, and I try and stay positive. I give out positivity sometimes, try my best to respond to vents, and try to respond to people in general. I am aware that these traits alone are not enough to make me manager, but I do believe I am quite skilled at leading. I don't have any weaknesses in leading, albeit my mental health is kind of a problem. Not in the sense that I cannot manage well, it's just been unstable the last couple of months. While I'm working on it, I feel this may lower my chances of being promoted. I manage my mental health by utilizing coping strategies, taking breaks when needed, and stepping away from the screen also if needed. I also know my limits. I would like to state that this has no effect on my ability to be a good manager, surprisingly keeping myself busy is what helps me cope. Being busy is my element. I've shown my potential to be a manager by showing people where to go if they need a certain project within the studio, I try and enforce rules to the best of my ability as well as reminding someone gently if they broke a rule, and trying to reply to people who aren't considered "popular" or don't get many replies. I also point new gwdfiers into the right direction if they decide to join, and introduce myself. I am quite responsible and can help managing the countdown, and other stuff in the description because of how active I am. I have ideas like QOTS, or cool/random questions gwdfiers could respond to. And maybe hosting/playing more games, because we really enjoy those. And I would be good at managing that too. I try not to break rules, and if I do I take ownership of it and try not to do it again. I think I could be a good manager since I'm good at doing leadership roles in real life, such as being captain of my team and being a camp counselor in the summer. I try my best to be a great role model and voice of authority, and although I seem nice, I can be strict if needed. So overall I think I could be fit for the role of manager for GWDFI. Thank you for considering! ~Navy <3
