HOW IT HAPPENED- Slwov Iekc was in Kaltopia, Aristorio and Vignosh, hidden by a building's shade, aimed his KP-12 at Slwov and fired through Slwov's heart, k!lling him. HOW VIGNOSH BECAME CHANCELLOR- People from the K.A.F.P. (Kanland Anarcho-Fascist Party) took as many seats in the senate as possible, then when they reached over 50% of the senate, they told Vignosh to assassinate Slwov, and they would elect him as chancellor. Vignosh agreed and became "chancellor" but Vignosh was more like a dictator. HOW IT BECAME A CIVIL WAR- Lots of places hated The New Order, so they rebelled.
