The Suhrvamman Republics is a federal republic situated in the southeast of [insert african continent]. It has a varied climated, from jungles in the south to more temperate savannas in the north. It is ruled over by a highly corrupt and unstable republic government (which more closely resembles a dictatorship). Because of the high population, of which over half can't read or write, low development, and agricultural/industrial-centered economy, the best option for most people is joining the military, which is sustained by 8% of the GDP. There is a mandatory conscription policy from 16-21 years old, though it has been noted that soldiers in the army are as young as 14. The army relies heavily on partner paramilitary organizations, such as the Allied National Defense Organisation (ANDO) and the Suhrvamman United People's Army (SUPA), as well as local vigilante militias, to keep order.
