I just thought of Rumia when I saw the pose (cause she makes that pose in EoSD lol) and my mind immediately went over to Chen when I saw the bike horn. This is what happens when I click on random profiles in the comment section of featured projects. And now I know that I can't draw ZUN bonnets lol. It took me FOREVER to draw this. Especially the bonnet. XD The tails were made in vector, everything else drawn in bitmap. And yes I know that the Chen Honking meme is stupid. The "Honk" is orange because Chen's name literally means "orange". Credit to @Miss_Mayo , KirbyM and some image I found on Baidu (the Chinese equivalent of Google) for the drawing references, ZUN for Chen and Touhou, and whoever made the song for the song.
