welcome to "Zeph sharing their headcanons for a piece of media they're obsessed with" ✨✨✨ I did this with Sea of Stars, now we're back again with Psychonauts hell yeah the music is completely unrelated help idk why i have this in my backpack- A lot of these have things to do with the lgbtqa+ community, so if you don't like that get off my lawn! /srs This is really unorganized too like I just wrote them down as I remembered "oh yeah ___ is something i think about a character but isn't confirmed canon" lol --- I definitely feel like Raz is part of the community in some way, but he's probably questioning because he's only 10 :skull: I honestly haven't really bothered with coming up with a gay hc for him, but if I had to choose he'd most likely be bi- also Psychonauts is basically a coming out story but instead of it being like "mom i'm gay" it's "mom i'm psychic" which is basically the same thing because during pride month we all get super powers, LGBTQA+ COMMUNITY UNITEEE /silly Queepie definitely eats cotton candy that's like twice the size of him. That kid's probably eaten rocks before just for fun ngl </3 Sasha's bi and Milla's pan because. Like MAYBE Sasha could be straight ally, highly doubt it, but Milla is definitely the type who'd be fine with dating guys, gals, non-binary pals, and everything in between to me :') Coach Oleander... I don't even know bro </3 Ok my Loboto headcanons have been goofy because at first I thought he was aroace maybe, then some of the lines that he says to Sasha in Psychonauts 2 are like. I don't ship them but the lines he said were just a tad bit flirtatious- so then I thought "Oh, bi ace" and then I was absolutely gobsmacked and flabbergasted finding out that he has a son, so like Gotta love the bisexual dentist :fire: ALSO ALSO bear with me here i'm still talking about that goofy dentist, yk how in Psychonauts 2 when you 100% a mind and get a collage of a whole bunch of different figments that you didn't collect in that mind?? Well one of the figments when you complete Loboto's Labyrinth is just a goofy looking cat, and I took that and RAN- like it's not to the extent of "omg he has a cat in his mind ONE TIME?!?!?! he must love cats omg omg!!!" no no I'm not like that, I just think he might've had like a stray cat on the street that he lived on as a kid that he liked or maybe some random ahh cats running around the asylum sometimes that he saw :') And we know that figments can have some correlation to the real world- like yes, most of them can be random stuff from your imagination, but there's multiple cases where it has a clear connection to the real world. Helmut's mind for example, there's a whole bunch of figments of Bob that you find, (gay psychics my beloved AND IT'S CANON TOO I'M GIGGLINF THEY'RE SO CUTE TOGETHER AUGHJ <3) the figments of the kids that Milla used to take care of in that one room that you can find one of her memory vaults in, and I literally just recently realized this when watching a Psychonauts OOC compilation thing but there's a severed arm figment in Loboto's mind which is like. EXCUSE ME. HOW DID I NEVER NOTICE THAT SOBBING- coughs loudly anyways Linda my trans fish we love her she's such a magical lady ✨✨✨✨ I'm banging my head on a metaphorical wall trying to remember what other headcanons I have but I think that's it??? Other than the gay stuff it's mostly just pretty small things because I like silly little details when it comes to characters :) uhhhh yeah that's about it for now idk i'm sure i'll come up with more loll guys i've had 2 dreams with mr pokeylope in them and at least 5 dreams with something having to do with psychonauts i don't think i'm ok </3
