Pill Roulette is a 2 player game where players take turn having pills. A dizzy effect will appear if you take the poisonous pill. And piano notes will be played if you choose a safe pill There is one poisonous pill in every kind of pill. There are 3 blue pills, 4 red pills and 6 green pills.
