Hello!! I'm Aichi, but you can also call me Judai or Ren. I'm mainly active on @yxri__ but I'm planning to move to @yourturnyourtricks in the near future, so whether that happens before or after I get promoted might affect things. My timezone is BST/GMT, and I know there's quite a few managers in that timezone, but there's more in EST, etc, so one more wouldn't hurt. I think I would be a good manager because I enjoy leadership roles and I like to help people, which I would say I'm pretty good at. I don't have too many weaknesses that I am aware of but there may be points where I'm not too active, so that may affect things, but I'll try my best. If a member breaks a rule, I often try my best to calmly explain what rule they broke and where they did so before reporting to the host immediately. If someone doesn't know why a rule exists or what a rule is, I try to explain it so people understand why the rules are there and they'll follow them more. I'll also try my best to keep up with timeouts when I'm host and reward the studio when they behave with games and fun host shifts. I'll also try and communicate with the managers with suggestions to make this studio the best it can be. I, and many other people, are aware that GWDFI is in a rough spot right now; spam, trolling, constant rule breaking, the like. I know this may cause problems with the new managers, throwing them into the job with all this. But I'm willing to do so. If anything, it makes me more willing, knowing just how important this job is right now, and it'll give me more motivation to try and make GWDFI better than ever. This application isn't perfect, but I hope I have a good chance at becoming manager because it would mean a lot to me. Thanks for reading this. Aichi out. <3
