They are the only one that accepts religious and ethnic tolerance and let everyone pratice their festivals. Instead of a monarchy, they are demorcracitc , the only republic in Iraq. Meanwhile, Sulaymaniyah is the opposite. They are an autocratic constitutional monarchy, ruled by the highest-ranking classes, also known as the rich. The Iraqi Arabs are hated by Kurds because of their oppression by Kurds themselves. Yes, they are Islamic, and Islam is the only accepted religion, since it's neighboring religion, Christianity is not tolerated due to oppression during the 1st Crusade in 1099
