(Made this on my phone, and this isn’t related to the PU) On one fateful morning, the skies of the shyguy nation would become filled with jets and bomber planes. Soon, entire cities would be destroyed, a bombing campaign would ensue. Soon after the bombs fell, madridian soldiers would arrive. They’d be equipped with the latest madridian singularium rifle, and new uniforms. They’d soon dig in, making trenches and bunkers. Artillery would be set up and would rain upon the enemy daily. Barbed wire would be placed in front of trenches (to prevent the enemy from just walking in easily and to add some protection) soldiers would become used to the trench warfare, and are prepared for a long drawn out war of attrition. Even if thee enemy sends waves upon men in s^^cidal charges, they would be repelled by the madridian trench-men. Charging won’t work, there’s layers of defenses protecting the trench such as barbed wire and pillboxes. So even if you take a trench, there’s many more layers. Manpower is precious, it doesn’t grow from a tree, so eventually you’ll run out of men that can serve and they would probably starve to death and be forced to surrender at the peoples sake…
