This is Weevie's animated comedy to celebrate manatees. I got the idea when I went to see Kubo And The Two Strings at a theater and I misread "matinee" as "manatee". (P.S. Comment if you want me to make a Kubo project.)
The music is from Kiki's Delivery Service, another Japanese movie I loved. You can borrow the bubble sprite, it took me ages to code it. XD
