Sandcastles- A Poem I love the beach, the sun, and the ocean breeze, But building sandcastles is what I love the most, with ease. With buckets and shovels, I dig and I stack, Making tall towers and walls out back. I add seashells, pebbles, and seaweed, too, To make it look pretty — like castles do. Sometimes the waves come crashing in, And wash it away with a salty grin. But that’s okay — I’ll build again, With moats and bridges and how about I make ten. It’s the best part of the beach, if you ask me, Making sandcastles by the sea! I love the beach, the sun, and the breeze, But building sandcastles is what I love the most, with ease.
