just tell scratch cat what you want to encode and he will encode your answer. it also decodes it 2 seconds later (note: the encoder only supports letters, numbers, dash, and underscore, so stuff like semicolon won't work). (another note: i added the delay for show, the actual encoder and decoder are instant).
DO NOT MAKE A CHAT SYSTEM WITH THIS! IT IS AGAINST SCRATCH RULES AND CAN BE ABUSED! I made this so that I could transmit usernames using cloud variables (since cloud variables cannot transmit letters and symbols). if you use my code, I would appreciate credit.
