If you want to be notified for the final game, give me a follow! Well, it's finally here. Demo 2 for Super Mario System. So far, it's coming along quite nicely. When I first started development of the first demo for @_meow-gobo_ 's game contest, the scope was quite small. Four levels, no bosses except the final one, and pretty lackluster gameplay, just a teensy tiny bit above the Scratch standard. The one thing that did stand out, or i guess, two things, were the new spin on the world of Super Mario, and the new artstyle that came with it. Super Mario System recieved massive praise, and I decided to add more content and polish to the game. I redid the engine, I polished the logo, I improved my art and music skills, and this is the end result. For those of you coming directly from the first demo, you are eating good tonight. For those you coming from "the super mario system", if you liked that game, you're gonna LOVE this one. And for those few people that came from my "system status" project, you're getting... mostly everything that was promised. Although there are a few things from Demo 1 that haven't made it to this engine yet, there's plenty more content to make up for that.
