For context, this character is actually a reused character from a cancelled version of a Colorbox fanmade series, specifically V1 - Salmon, which was cancelled due to lack of motivation and interest. I left some sprites for animating the polo. You don't really need to use them all, but I highly recommend it.
Btw The sound that he's meant to make is in the project, and is also playing while checking the sign-up. You can use this sound in the mod, but if you feel more like re-doing it yourself I don't mind.
