Chapter 19 <><><><><><><> About a week later, the Yule Ball is finally here. I’m currently standing in my dorm [surveying myself] in the lavender ball dress, in the mirror. (Something is missing…) I grab a lavender flower from my trunk that I found earlier and braid it into my hair. (There we go.) I slip on the slippers Hermione gave me and turn around, watching myself in the mirror. Just then, I can hear a door slam and the boys walk out of their dorms. I watch through the crack in the door. I wait until everyone is out and then I run out, going to the Gryffindor common room. I know Bella is still in there. “Fairy lights,” I say, and the portrait door opens, with me stepping inside. Don’t ask how I know the password, Bella told me since I told her how to get into the Hufflepuff dorms. I run up to Bella’s dorm and knock on the door. “Bella?” My twin opens the door. “Hi Jacks.” Oh. My. Gosh. [My twin looks so pretty!] She has on a spaghetti strap light green dress, and it’s shimmery! “Are you almost done? I hear ‘Mione is with one of the champions and I want to watch her come in!” “Yeah, just one question,” Bella replies, walking back inside and pulling out something from her trunk, with me following. “What is it?” Bells turns around and shows me. “Should I wear my glasses or contacts?” I almost forgot she had glasses! “Um, maybe the glasses so we can fool the boys!” I say, grinning. Bella grins and puts her glasses on. She then drags me to the mirror. [We both look at ourselves.] “Now we really do look identical now,” Bella says, still grinning. I nod, “This is amazing.” My twin, grinning, then grabs my hand and pulls me out, “Come on! Let’s not be late!” I laugh, and go with her, and we both run out and head towards the Yule Ball.
