Tap for process Music is Starry Sky Melody by Nene Kusanagi <3 Something happened with the layers so it shows her skin on the lineart I loveeeee her so much!! Me love some romance lore Lore: The bustling city of Seoul was unbearable for Pepsi-loving Pip, named after Pepsi, her late father’s favorite drink. She presses her head to the wall of the convenience store. “Just three minutes, three minutes,” she’s saying under her breath, looking at her phone. Then it came. The convenience store finally opens after being remodeled. Pip walks in and smells the nostalgic scent of the tteokbokki simmering. This was the place she and her father went when they were walking around town. She walks over to the Pepsi and instinctively grabs a can. “I just need more… energy. Things aren’t the same anymore.” The quiet convenience store is the perfect place for Pip to relax. Her phone chimes. It says something about a virus, a… cat virus. She sighs, rubbing her head. She notices that even though her phone is at the lowest setting, it seems to get brighter. A cat orb, one side red one side blue, pops out of the phone. Pip drops her phone instantly. Reaching out to touch the orb, she feels a sense of warmth she hasn’t felt since her father… She smiles, holding out the orb. She feels something tugging on her feet. A cat tail! Pip gasps. “W-what?” The cat orb seems to whisper into her mind. It sounded like a girl. Someone her age. “Pip, your heart needs to be filled. But in order for me to give you enough hope, you must turn half-cat. I’ve been watching you, how you always make sure to buy Pepsi first thing. I watched you for a while, Pip.” Pip blushes. “Really?” “Yes. I’m Harumi.” Harumi? Pip jolts so hard she loses balance for a second. Harumi? The quiet girl in her class, always there but never noticed? “Harumi? You know about my… dad?” “Like I said, I’ve watched you. I know almost everything about you, but you haven’t talked to me.” “How did you get that virus onto my computer?” Pip asks. “Your soul, the part of your body you can’t control, let it in.” “And…?” “Pip, I think I… never mind.” The days go by, Pip says goodbye to her old self, and says hello to her new self, the half-cat girl, the one Harumi comforts. Pip learns to embrace herself as she is, and to stop blaming everything on herself. And it all started with a can of Pepsi and a girl with a power.
