This is an old Bruce OS 8 sample project. It's purpose is to test how well the project runs when multiple objects on one popup window are opened. For example: the largest app with the most scripts and assets at the time was Windows Media Player, therefore, the File Manager preview handler was shrunk and compiled into a small popup window, to see how well it would run while other applications are in use. It's safe to say that it went well.
