Russia offered to split up the land conquered from the Turkish Empire in exchange of capital (money). This is the French claim. I would like to announce the opening of Industrial Land Rental, with a starting rate of 100 Z for one industry, in France. We are willing to keep upto 10,000 industries in total, most of which shall be placed in the newly conquered territory of Persia.
