For the white keys, press the same letters on your keyboard to make the noise - for example, press 'c' to press the 'c' key. Unfortunately, I haven't yet been able to code keyboard shortcuts for the black keys, working on that now. For the black keys, when it says 'Cs' it means C sharp. 'Bb' means B flat.
