In a galaxy fur, fur away, the Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzers live on a lovely planet full of magically alien candies and desserts. When UFOs begin to abduct some of these adorable puppies, the Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzers get excited; none of them have ever left their home world before! However, the UFOs’ abduction beams are acting up, randomly dropping the poor puppies into the dark abyss of space! The Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzers need your help to stay in the beams of the UFOs so that they can feed their desire to explore new planets. Welcome to… Beamed Up Buddies! TURBOWARP: https://turbowarp.org/1190725784 CONTROLS - Use Arrow Keys, WASD, or tap to the left or right of the screen to move your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer back and forth across the screen. - Click the button to the right of the screen or press the space bar to unleash your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer’s ability! - Try to stay in the UFOs’ abduction beams as your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer will quickly begin to fall if they are not being abducted. - Every time your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer switches to a new UFO, your Score goes up by 1 and you gain Clandestine Coins. - Watch out for Doom Rockets and collect Unidentified Flying Opals for use in the Gacha. - If your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer falls to the bottom of the screen, it is Game Over. MAIN MENU BUTTONS - Trophy Button: Shows or hides your personal High Score. - Abilities Button: Shows the Abilities Menu where you can learn about the special abilities each Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer has. - Blue & Pink Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer Button: Shows the Gacha where you can spend Unidentified Flying Opals to get new Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzers. - ? Button: Shows the instructions for the game. - Gear Button: Shows the Settings Menu where you can Save & Load your game and view the Credits for this project. - Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer Button (Tap to Change): If you have more than one Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer, this button allows you to toggle between them. (It also shows your selected puppy’s Flavor.) - Tap to Play Button: Starts the game. - Upgrade Buttons (on the bottom): Click to spend Clandestine Coins to gain new upgrades for the game. UPGRADES - Duration of UFO’s Beam: Increases the time that a UFO remains in its same position. - Coins Gained per UFO Switch: Increases the amount of Clandestine Coins that are earned every time your Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer moves to a new UFO. - Maximum Number of Lives: Increases the amount of Lives you have, giving you more time to play if you make a mistake. - Flying Opal Appearance Rate: Decreases the amount of time that you have to wait before a new Unidentified Flying Opal appears on the screen. - Enemy Projectile Speed: Decreases the speed of the Doom Rockets, making them easier to evade. FLAVORS & ABILITIES Every Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer has a distinct Flavor. If a Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzer has a rarity higher than Common, they will gain a special ability based on their Flavor. Please note that the effects of these abilities are stronger when using Epic/Exclusive and Legendary/Mythic puppies. Mythic puppies have one Active ability AND one Passive ability! - Cocoa: Sprays chocolate all over the screen, freezing UFOs, Unidentified Flying Opals, and Doom Rockets in place for 2-5 seconds. (Cooldown: 8-10 seconds) - Sour: Once or twice, if a projectile hits your doggy, you lose 0-25% of the Clandestine Coins you have collected, but you do not lose a Life. (Cooldown: Passive) - Sugary: Your doggy gains a Sugar Rush Aura for 3-8 seconds. While they have this Aura, they gain 150-200% more Clandestine Coins. (Cooldown: 8-10 seconds) - Savory: The first time that your doggy would lose their last Life, they gain a bonus Savory Life that lasts for 5-10 seconds and may double Clandestine Coin intake during its effect. (Though if your doggy dies before this time is up, it is Game Over.) (Cooldown: Passive) - Fruity: 8-10 assorted cosmic fruits fall from the top of the screen. If collected, each one grants 25-50 Clandestine Coins. (Cooldown: 8-10 seconds) GACHA & SWEETLY SUPERNATURAL SCHNAUZERS Sweetly Supernatural Schnauzers come in six rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Exclusive*. Rarer puppies have extra powers and are usually more complicated design-wise. Here are the probabilities for the Gacha based on rarity: - COMMON: 42% - 10 Puppies to Collect - RARE: 32% - 8 Puppies to Collect - EPIC: 22% - 6 Puppies to Collect - LEGENDARY: 3% - 3 Puppies to Collect - MYTHIC: 1% - 2 Puppies to Collect *Note that you cannot get Exclusive Schnauzers in the Gacha, you may only get them by winning one of my contests.
