The leader of each region has a different power and the leader's kid(s) also get the power but if they are younger and don't become the leader they aren't allowed to use their powers because it's not fair. Sun is the youngest of 5 so there is a VERY small chance he'll become leader of the region. He's very curious and annoying but playful too.
