In this game, play the role as Mayor of Complaintown. Your job is to listen to people and make decisions for them. One catch though: every letter you speak costs a dollar. Think carefully before you speak - say the wrong thing and it could hurt your reputation, but say the right thing, and it might cost you a lot of money! This is a game of strategy.
