I had a lot of issues with this version, because I made a lot of changes. Why is it called Vic Phone OS and not Nebula Phone OS? Because this will be the last version of VPOS, and I will make a completely new open-source OS called Thorium which will have a mobile version. Nebula Phone OS will be based on the future open-source OS.
