Windows 11 is the coolest OS at the computer store! Or so he thinks... Windows 11 is what happens when someone that is naturally uncool tries to become the opposite. Despite smirking half the time and trying to hit cool poses even more of the time, Windows usually falls flat in his attempts due to his overwhelming softness, strange interests, and just generally being bad to be around. He claims to be chill, yet has severe anger issues that make him lash out at virtually anyone that does anything even remotely wrong. "Winny the 11", as he calls himself sometimes, is also extremely immature and selfish, expecting people to do everything the way he says they should be done, but at the same time expecting to be liked after doing and saying unlikable things. Basically, you're not supposed to like him. Just his design, I guess... Song: Garrett Williamson - Windows 95 but it's a PHAT hip hop beat (yes I know it's a different OS)
