Text from @castle-hipofan The plane had a uncontained engine failure where shrapnel penetrated the wing and fuselage damaging hydraulics, and they lost the controls on the wing, when they landed they were unable to shut off engine 1, it eventually shut off after forced with foam, everyone survived A fuel leak also was caused by holes in the wing, which they could of easily exploded killing everyone, that luckily didn’t happen
