Welcome to pastaOS. pastaOS Misua is here. Experience the power of new features such as a new menu system in the Service Bar, a revamped Terminal, a new 640x360 widescreen view, the Picasso API for 3D, a new About screen, a working Trash, PFS+ bugfixes, a revamped Pride Mode that has a rainbow trash can and rainbow widget text, a new .song file format for easy sharing and creation of Pear eMusic songs, a revamped AppInterface in the Terminal, the ability to install external .poi files, and more. Get it here as a Proton Drive link for macOS (as it is too big for GitHub, but feel free to convert it to your platform's TurboWarp Packager platform as long as you don't distribute the modified copy of the app, but it is a Universal 2 application for Intel and Apple Silicon): https://drive.proton.me/urls/PH8J92MHJR#YdIIBNqi4zt2 pastaOS Misua should have fixed the vDisk download failure bug, but feel free to tell Pear if the bug still occurs and we'll try to fix it. If you need the Sen Yai API, get it here and host it at 127.0.0.1:8000 with the /senyai.php endpoint visible at 127.0.0.1:8000/senyai.php: https://github.com/PearComputer/Sen-Yai-API If Kesme says that Gemini needs an API key and doesn't allow unregistered callers, press the green flag.
pastaOS Misua is SOURCE-AVAILABLE when as a .sb3 file, NOT OPEN-SOURCE, and if its .sb3 file is missing, it is still NOT ALLOWED TO EXTRACT THE .sb3 FILE WITH THE TURBOWARP UNPACKAGER UNDER THE PEAR ELICENSE IF YOU PLAN ON DISTRIBUTING ITS BINARIES, BUT IF YOU DON'T SHARE THE BINARY, PERSONAL EXTRACTION OF THE .sb3 FILE IS OKAY AS LONG AS YOU DON'T DISTRIBUTE IT. While you can make PERSONAL changes, you MUST NOT distribute the modified work NOR can you share derivative works (as in modified works that make significant changes that start from something like a texture or UI change) of pastaOS, but you CAN make a derivative work or modified project for PERSONAL USE, and you CAN distribute programs that, themselves, modify pastaOS such as apps and plugins. You CAN also look at the code and add your own PERSONAL, NON-DISTRIBUTED changes to the .sb3 file to develop apps and CAN distribute pastaOS UNMODIFIED. This can allow users to be able to make personal changes and also stuff like apps and plugins while not allowing the distribution of modified versions of pastaOS, thereby fixing the Pear eLicense. pastaOS Misua is also closed-source and uses the Pear eLicense v1.5 (save the page at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PearComputerLLC/pastaOS-Lai-Fun/refs/heads/main/Pear%20eLicense%20v1.5.rtf and view it in a Rich Text Format viewer such as Apple TextEdit and ensure you have the Arial font) (the summary of the license is that while you can make PERSONAL changes, you MUST NOT distribute the modified work NOR can you share derivative works (as in modified works that make significant changes that start from something like a texture or UI change), but you CAN make a derivative work or modified project for PERSONAL USE, and you CAN distribute programs that, themselves, modify pastaOS such as apps and plugins). Make sure to accept all security warnings by clicking "allow" or else pastaOS won't work. You can use Kesme in older pastaOS versions to generate SVGs as well by telling it to generate an image of something, of which it may or may not be cursed and may or may not resemble what it is supposed to be. Kesme (accessed via Control + K) is also able to keep some context but needs to be refreshed using a "Hello!" prompt to prevent the AI from deteriorating into being blocked due to ethical guidelines triggered from the self-deterioration that may occur if the AI didn't get prompt-flushed with "Hello!". Press ⌃C (Control + C) (ctrl + c on PCs) to use AutoCompose. AutoCompose will take a prompt and generate a paragraph based on it that will be saved to your clipboard. If you want a working WebSockets server, try wss://ws.postman-echo.com/raw , although it might not work well with CloudLink. Some content that wasn't added beforehand might be added in minor updates of pastaOS. You can make your own pastaOS installers at https://pearcomputerllc.github.io/pastaOS-Lai-Fun/pastaOS%20Installer%20Maker .
