Whenever you want to add a task to the dashboard, you can remix this template and fill the description (second slide) and then fill the form in the first slide and keep the relevant tags. Term is the expected amount of time to complete the task. Special tasks are those who require a specific member of the team to work on them. If that's not the case, you can just delete it. Note: When you remix, the instructions (above) stay. So you don't even need to copy the links and tags! :D
