I'm your average procrastinating teenager with sleep deprivation problems. Like most people my age I'm stuck to my screen and I'm not planning on changing that now. Some of my favorite past times includes reading fanfictions, watching yt and scrolling through scratch. Listening to music seems to be a thing that all 3 end up including, which for the most part is pop (j-pop, k-pop and good old usa pop). Reading wise MHA takes up most of my time, otherwise it's romances, isekais or whatever interesting books that I can get my hands on. As a scratcher I'm for the most part just a dweller of this wonderful space who has an issue with constantly checking and scrolling through comments and looking at art. ・❥・Roleplay experience || I've been roleplaying on site for over 4 years now. Over the years I've gotten the pleasure of roleplaying in quite a few roleplays ranging from warriors cats to humanoid fantasy rps. Probably the most notable rps I've gotten the chance to take apart of is the Missing Stars Revival, Four Clans, Aura Grounds, and of course TFCRP. ・❥・Activity on a scale from 1-10 || My activity is closer to an 8/10 most of the time. ⊱ ────── -ˏˋ ♡ ˊˎ- ────── ⊰ ˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Kit Information: ・❥・Kit you're applying for || Mamba! </333 ・❥・Why are you applying for this kit || I'm applying for Mamba mainly due to writing out different thoughts about characters and finding that the brainstorm for Mamba was one that I quite enjoyed. Of course his design is certainly a factor that made me want to apply for him, after all who wouldn't want to apply for a cat in a shark onesie. Along with the other points, rping a Kittypet is something I haven't gotten to do in this rp so getting the chance to possibly is something I had to jump on. Probably one of the last reasons I wanted to apply is just due to the fact that these kits have cool traits, and can really be shaped by them which could be cool to rp. ・❥・Gender and sexuality of the kit || For the moment I plan to keep Mamba presenting as male, and for his sexuality would be Pansexual with no particular preferences. ・❥・Kit's personality || (+): Kind, Open-minded, Patient, Charismatic, Imaginative (-): Naïve, Reckless, Dependent, Impulsive, Idealistic (=): Conforming, Honest, Emotional, Adventurous, Playful ・❥・Roleplay example || (In comments) ・❥・ Research || Forked Tongue: A forked tongue in cats typically is caused by trauma to the mouth (typically from a cut). If in extreme cases, the tongue may need medical intervention (ie. surgery, antibiotics or pain relief). But if all is normal it should heal by itself. A split tongue may cause difficulty with eating or drinking. For Mamba, since he was born this way the split tongue will cause issues while he's young. Especially as his Twoleg's are initially trying to get him adjust to life in the Twoleg's den. But as he gets older, he'll adapt to his split tongue and will have an easier time eating than before. Though still at times he will have some issues. Overgrown Fangs: Overgrown fangs can be due to a number of things, including, natural variation, dental misalignment, or gum recession. Though at times it's just due to the cat naturally having longer fangs. Having longer fangs may cause issues when eating, and may cause some pain. But most of the time they don't pose too much of an issue to the cat. In Mamba's case, since this is a natural his overgrown fangs won't really cause him much issues. Though at times he will find himself having a harder times letting things go when it's in his mouth. ・❥・How the kit's traits will affect them || Beyond what was stated in research, Mamba's traits will not negatively affect him, at least while he's young. For the most part he thinks they are perfectly fine. But mixed with the fact that he is Kittypet isolated from other cats, and his thought that his traits are normal. He thinks that all other cats are not normal. This causes the two main points of his character, Innocence and Discovery. This topic will be put more in depth in the plot section below! ・❥・Trivia || Nicknames: Mam, Baby, Sharkie, Bambi, Voice Claim: Midoriya Izuku (MHA) Habits/Mannerisms: - Sticks his tongue out when concentrated - Has a tendency to mutter when explaining things that he really likes or just lost in thought and ends up talking out loud - Has a little "happy dance" when really excited where he stomps his paws and jumps around - Zones out a lot, and due to that is extremely clumsy and is often found with small cuts all over his body - Mimics how his Twoleg's talks to himself at times - Connected to above, he will often hum the tunes his Twoleg's plays (Though he is quite terrible as singing) - Will make snake like noises randomly every once in a while - Runs his tongue over his teeth when smiling
Hobbies: - Dancing: At a young age his Twoleg's taught him how to dance so they could post videos of him. From there bloomed a hobby that Mamba ended up loving. He often dances in the middle of the night under the moonlight. - Storytelling: A hobby that Mamba took up at a young age due to needing a way to entertain himself when his Twoleg's weren't around. As he grew older it just became a habit when he was alone, so often you'll hear him just muttering to himself about parts of storylines, plots and character facts. - Rock Collecting: Perhaps it was due to his love for neon lights or just the fact that he had never seen them prior to finally slipping out the house. But Mamba ended up falling in love with rock collecting. A hobby he does most of the time subconsciously, Mamba collects any interesting rocks while out on his adventures while out and about in the wild. - Climbing: There was always something about the thrill of being somewhere high in the air that always drew Mamba. It was to no surprise that this too became a hobby, especially when Mamba started to go outside and often found himself in high places. Once again a more subconscious hobby, though admittedly Mamba will go seeking out high places at times. Random Trivia: - Has freakishly good pain tolerance for some reason - Along with this is oddly strong for a Kittypet - Smells strongly of floral soap - Has an obsession with neon lights - Has a "notebook" full of things he learned from others - LOVES sunbathing - His Twolegs are content creators. Both are from United States but moved to South America later on in their lives. Their names are Olivia and Liam. - Mamba (though he wears a shark onesie) actually dislikes the ocean quite a bit. Something about the ocean smelling weird. - Loves to play with the tail of his onesie - At first wears his onesie while he goes out on his adventures. But after realizing how much attention he brings him, he ends up taking it off before leaving on his adventures. - Refers to his Twoleg's as his parents Plot Ideas/Major Points Elaboration: As mentioned above, there are two main points of Mamba's character, Discovery and Innocence. So here are the two things (and possible plot factors) that will stem from them. INNOCENCE: Due to being taken by Twolegs Mamba will have little to no experience with or knowledge about other cats. This will lead to him being very clueless about the outside world at least in terms of other felines. So when he finally finds his way out of the Twoleg's den, he is vulnerable to being pulled any way by those on the outside who claim their way is the "normal". DISCOVERY: Connecting close to this is Discovery. Since Mamba doesn't know much about the outside world, he often makes an effort to learn as much as he can about the clans and whatever he can get people to tell him about. Due to this he often wanders quite far from the Twoleg's Dens, finding himself in unknown areas where he needs aid from those around him (tying back to Innocence). ・❥・Codeword || I'd suppose my favorite part of it would just be the flags.
