These are those things I was talking about. My HO scale collection is small, and I do not have good tracks to run them properly. I got all of these from my old babysitter; she had a son who played with these old things. I lied about the F3; it is actually a PetSmart loco. I believe good ol' SMT Mainline has you a vid on it. The caboose, like the engine, is a Bachmann, although I believe it to be from Bachmann Plus or Spectrum. The boxcar is a bonus from "Yugoslavia", although, through a bit of research, it is most likely a very old Tyco, as their old name was something similar.
