Everything is fairly easy to figure out, and all I really say is that you should explore it on your own!
Back one of my many old accounts, SuperScoober76, me and @sawyerrr were developing this: Desktop Workbench 2. It was a sequel to the older one, Desktop Workbench. It was planned for release until somebody, of who they shall not be named, came along and started causing... a bit of a ruckus. Thus, this version has never seen the light of day on Scratch... until now. It is based off of Amiga Workbench (if you couldn't already tell by the name) because I was in love with the Commodore Amiga at the time. I still like them, but not as much. They're very expensive on eBay anyways. After all, in Desktop Workbench one, there was even a Juggler program! Why I didn't include it in here, I don't know, but the Boing button resides. @sawyerrr developed the functionality of the moveable windows. @TechZoneX developed "Paint Plus", which was originally it's own standalone project, but I asked if I could have it in here, and they said yes.
