You have two gauges: red and blue. You have two coin sources: a ring and a switch. Move your cursor through red rings to summon 8 red coins - The ring reappears when you collect all red coins. Tap the blue switch to summon 5 blue coins - These coins disappear after a few seconds, and the switch moves on its own. Collect coins by moving your cursor near them.
