PLEASE READ EVERYTHING HERE BEFORE RPING [ Table of Contents ] - Basics - Unaki magic and Fragmented - Aldinian magic [Basics] Everyone is born with a small amount of magic. You can use it to get bursts of strength and speed. With only your own magic, you can become twice as strong/fast for 10 seconds, or 10 times as strong/fast for one second. Then, it takes 30 minutes to regain power. Each person's magic you take grants you more power. If you have your magic and one other person's magic, you can become twice as strong/fast for 20 seconds or 10 times as strong/fast for 2 seconds. The proportions stay the same as you gain more magic. [Unaki Magic and Fragmented] The Unaki know about all of the information listed above. They know that you can gift your magic to someone else, and that you can steal magic by k!lling someone. They hold magic as a thing to be respected, NEVER stolen from anyone except someone who has k!illed someone you love. They also know how to bond with Fragmented. Fragmented are remnants of souls. If someone chose to give a bit of themselves to someone, as they d!ed, a Fragmented would form. That being would have no memory of who they were before. They can only speak with those bonded to them. The person who receives the bond names the Fragmented, often after the person they once were. There are 4 types of fragmented: Truth, Growth, Lie, and Wither. Each grants the bonded a power. Truth lets you see through lies and barriers to the truth. You can force others to be unable to tell lies. Growth lets you take plants and grow them. You can also give your own life force to other humans. Lie lets you convince others of lies. You can manipulate people and set illusions. This is somewhat rare, as it is seen as taboo. Wither lets you steal other being's life force. This is very, very rare, as it is seen as almost evil. However, as the Aldin advance, the Unaki get more and more desperate. CONTINUED FROM INSTRUCTIONS In the RP, the magic you use MUST correspond to how many people's magic you have. This is a list of the powers you can use depending on how much magic you have. (including your own) Truth- 5 people's magic - You can see past lies 10 people's magic- You can force people to tell the truth 20 people's magic- You can have visions of things that have happened once a day. Growth- 5 people's magic- You can grow small plants 10 people's magic- You can grow large plants 20 people's magic- You can transfer your life force Lie- 5 people's magic- You can make others believe your lies 10 people's magic- You can create small illusions 20 people's magic- You can create large illusions Wither- 5 people's magic- You can drain a small amount of life force, such as making someone weaker 10 people's magic- You can make people very sick 20 people's magic- You can (with a lot of effort) k!ll others. [Aldinian Magic] Aldinians do not know how to give magic. They only know what was listed in the basics section and the fact that you can k!ll someone for their magic. They do not know what fragmented are nor how to use them.
