You control the hand. (controls are MEANT to be difficult) Use arrow keys. You need to hit the fly fairly fast for it to die. When you have killed one it will duplicate into a random number of more flies. Play until you have swatted 50 flies. If you swat a butterfly then your time will increase by 10 seconds
This game is best played with 'presentation mode' (the blue thing in the top left hand corner) There is sometimes a problem where when you start the game the hand won't move - if this happens just restart the game.
