New OC, CeeCat! She's based of off the ocean :3 I had originally planned to call her "SeaCat" but then I thought that that wasn't very original so I made a pun with her name instead XD Cuz, like, "cee" sounds like "sea" ha ha ha ha ha ha ha so funny
