Type: Dual piston roped hydraulic with motor room at ground floor. Speed: 1 m/s. Capacity: 1200 kg or 16 persons. Controller: NewLift. Fixtures: Dewhurst + NewLift indicator. Voice: NewLift TTS. Doors: Meiller Türen. Starter type: Solid state with soft starter. Motor: Bucher Hydraulics submersible power unit with LRV-1 valve. Location: 31 Central Street, El Garcia, ST. This is the Stannah hydraulic lift at a really modern but small 3 storey block of flats built in 2016. This lift is a Dewhurst generic but it turns out, it's actually nice for a Dewhurst generic because it has a NewLift controller which has been set up well. The hydraulics takes less than 2 seconds to charge and it only takes 2 seconds to stop at a floor which is good! The TTS voice and the Dewhurst buttons are a bit junk but otherwise and there is a delay before the doors opens after the lift stopped at a floor which is a bit annoying. But otherwise, this is a nice lift with a nice blue cab, an epic sounding pump unit, really nice Meiller doors, a very well built structure with a proper chassis and 2 roped hydraulic rams. This thing is definitely something you wouldn't expect from a generic Stannah lift! They usually install cheap MP lifts or Lester Controls junk instead which is bad! This apartment building also has a nice FireSweeper addressable system with voice evacuation which plays a low frequency code 3 tone on loop. The notification appliances are Edwards EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes.
