hello! this is my (aspen’s) gwdfi manager application! —————— part 1: intro - hi, my name’s aspen! - she/her pronouns - pst/gmt-8 time zone. - pretty active (not a screen addict trust) - been in gwdfi since 2020 (on 3 different accounts, i think), but took a long break from around 2023-24 ish. - if you remember me being an immature child back then, i probably was, but i’ve definitely grown since then and learned a lot. —————— part 2: why i’d make a good manager - i have leadership experience on sports teams, academic competition teams, and student council at school - i’m a pretty creative person and i’ve won a couple awards for creativity - as an older sibling, i’d say i’m pretty responsible - i’m decently funny and i think that attracts people towards me lot. - i’m part of several fandoms (such as the lorax, green day, mcr, rhcp, the beatles, warriors, + more) so lots of ppl can yap abt them to me - was a manager in the gwdfi roleplay at its peak!! (anyone remember the flood) —————— part 3: stuff i’m working on - i’m working on being more active in the studio (but not sacrificing my sleep lol) - being less detail-oriented, sometimes i get caught up in the small things (which is also a good thing sometimes) - get to know others more, participate in more positivitea wheels (if i don’t know the person, there’s less i can say abt them in a wheel) —————— part 4: vision for gwdfi - try to get people to follow the rules, easier said than done though - make gwdfi feel like a safe space where people feel heard/seen —————— part 5: outro since 2023, gwdfi has been like a second home to me, and i’ve always felt comfortable here. the community has given a lot to me, and now i would love to give back to it. i’d love to become a manager and i think i’d do a good job being one. good luck to everyone else! <3
