Please read the lore/fun facts if you have a chance! vvv :D #1: The Rampart "Rampart" is a title, not a name. It is the wall that protects. To be a rampart is to be a protector, to be ready to sacrifice oneself at any opportunity, and just as their wall is a structure protecting others in this world, it also barricades a Rampart from their own heart and emotions. Ramparts adopt a deep bond with aviary creatures. The original (our character) originally died protecting those he loved on the shores of a vast ocean. His blood, and that of many, turned the waves red yet fused with the brown pelicans of the area- guardians of the natural world of their own. The blood of humans combining with that of birds creates a Rampart, an undead being that exists in a purgatory crafted by the binding of the blood, representing death, and a bird, representing life and freedom. They exist to protect, as their souls, even as they lived, were made for such a task. Their masks are equipped as weapons. In this case, The Rampart can detach the Brown Pelican's beak, and doing so will extend the beak into a large sword. FUN FACTS ABOUT RAMPART ☆ He's perpetually tired, but when talking to others, he is very upbeat! He doesn't have interactions with others very much, so he's very excited when he does. ☆ As a human he loved cooking and while he never made a career of it he loved continuing to express himself through it. LOVES savory/umami flavors. ☆ The Rampart is a protector/fighter, but also will cook food and mysteriously leave it for people who need it from time to time (his cooking is legend) ☆ One of his favorite pastimes when not doing his job is walking on the beach. ☆ He's aro! music credits: hourglass - lily & madeleine ☆☆☆
