New OC, lets goooooooo Her name is Jingli (静丽); surname is Chen (陈) :) If she were to describe herself, she would say she was the "epitome of rebellion", half-jokingly. I had incorporated this into her design, but when I drew it here you can't really see it BUT, she does dance. **Fun fact: Jingli came into existence because I liked her little space bun hairstyle hehe Also help I haven't drawn digitally for so long---every thing else I drew has been in pencil, and no color.
